  • Customer is responsible for sending items back to us.
  • All items must be sent to us within 20 days after the original purchase date.
  • All items received after 20 days of the original purchase date will be sent back to customer at customer expense. 
  • All merchandise must be returned to us in original condition. It may include, but not be limited to, any tags, boxes and paperwork. 
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment (including gifts).
  • All international returns are subject to a $25 or 25% return fee, whichever is lesser.

Exchanges 

All exchanges are performed in a manner similar to returns. To submit a request for exchange, please follow these easy guidelines. Remember, if at any point you need assistance, we are here to help. Click here for help options.

  • Please send item(s) you want to exchange within 20 days after the original purchase date.
  • All items received after 20 days of the original purchase date will be sent back to customer at customer expense. 
  • All merchandise must be returned to us in original condition. This may include, but not be limited to, any tags, boxes and paperwork.
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. (including gifts).
  • Customer will not be responsible for $8 return fee.
  • Customer is entitled to only one return per item. 
  • At this time, international exchanges are not available.

     

    IMPORTANT: If you are purchasing items on "FINAL SALE", these items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to an $8 return fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. If you are located close to the New York City area and are willing to stop by to drop off the returned item(s), please let us know. For item(s) returned to us in person, we will void the $8 return fee.
